I am a lawyer at NCL, specialising in WorkCover matters, and I am building my experience in Medical Negligence and Transport Accident (TAC) claims. I work in personal injury law because I am passionate about advocating for clients during what is often one of the most stressful and confusing periods of their lives.
I know that navigating a compensation claim can feel overwhelming, particularly when it involves complex or multi-faceted injuries. That’s why I focus on giving my clients clear, honest guidance and keeping them informed at every stage, so they always understand where their claim stands and what their options are.
I have worked across a broad range of workers’ compensation matters, including claims requiring detailed medico-legal evidence and cases where physical and psychological injuries intersect. This experience has strengthened my attention to detail and my ability to build a well-evidenced case on my clients’ behalf, while never losing sight of the person behind the claim. I am now applying that same care and rigour as I grow my practice in medical negligence and transport accident claims.
At NCL, I assist WorkCover clients through the conciliation process. Should you be negatively impacted by an insurer’s decision, I will advocate firmly for you during this process, while making sure you feel supported and heard throughout.
